The Easter Bunny is back in town to bring the friendly competition of his egg hunt! That's what Easter is all about, right? The yummy chocolate eggs!

Help make the eggs with the three turn-in stations! With all the Unpainted Eggs, Dye and Wax, we can make some pretty egg designs!

Let the Hunt Begin!

Every 8 hours, you can compete against 4 residents of the Commons in the Easter Egg Hunt! Plus, after your first Hunt of the day, you can hide eggs to set-up for the next hunt and whack monsters to keep the fields safe for the children!

Having trouble winning? Why not use some bonuses, available from the shady character in the wizard hat in the Event Area. Boosts are available for purchase for Easter Tokens after you complete your first Egg Hunt of the event.

The Easter Feaster

Chef Elza will have her bevy of recipes for you to help her prepare to have an awesome Easter feast!

Speaking of Easter feasts, lambs are so very cute, aren't they? Help Lambchop save her fellow fluffy lambs from ending up on Easter feast tables.

Treats and Peeps

Grab Jelly Beans and Peeps every 20 hours for extra Easter progress and tokens! Plus, each of the turn-in station owners will have a bonus quest for you to complete, and you'll get to help the poor confused soul deal with Easter moving around.

You can help one character make a Chocolate Easter Egg, because who doesn't need more sugar? And you'll be able to make a custom hat! This year, you'll be able to get the hats for both genders for completing the quest for Hyatt the Hat Maker!

Bilby Protector

Finally, don't forget to help a bilby evict some invasive bunnies... a lot of them. It starts at noon on Saturday, Pacific Time, to give you time to finish it.

World Wide Egg Hunt

And keep your eyes peeled during the World Wide Egg Hunt starting the second Friday of the event. Not all the eggs are in the same places as last year, so work together to find them all!

How do I participate in the Easter Egg Hunt?
Talk to the NPC under the Easter Egg Hunt banner to be teleported to the hunting zone.

What do I do in the Easter Egg Hunt zone?
Click on all the crates, barrels, rocks and bushes trying to find as many eggs as you can. There are only 20 eggs hidden in all the doodads.

How do I get a perfect score in the Easter Egg Hunt?
You need to collect all 20 eggs - basically not letting any of the other hunters find any.

I'm too slow at the Hunt. How can I be better?
The NPC with the wizard hat in the event area of the Commons sells boosts for Easter Tokens. Speed up your character and distract the other hunters with his wares. Also, travel in a circle, starting in the area closest to where everyone else is being distracted. And don't click on the searchable items themselves, click beside them. Clicking on the item causes you to walk slower.

When will the last quest unlock?
All quests will be unlocked by the 10th day of the event.

What contributes to my 100% progress?
Turning in the Unpainted Eggs, the Dye and the Wax as well as completing the Easter Egg Hunt and the quests for the folks in the event area.

Why do I want to ask friends for help?
It increases the amount of progress you get from doing a turn-in.

Do I have to do the achievements?
No. Completing the goals for the achievements is totally optional. You get either a large energy pack or a title for your character from them, no event progress.

Where can I see the achievements available and how to get them?
Either on the holiday dialog, the achievements dialog, or on the blog.

When can I do the World Wide Easter Egg Hunt?
The World Wide Easter Egg Hunt starts on the second Friday of the event - April 18th - and lasts for the rest of the event.

Where do I find World Wide Easter Egg Hunt Eggs?
Once the hunt has started, you can find eggs by clicking them in many of the zones in the world. Eggs are hidden behind rocks and trees and in tricky to access locations in normal zones, secret areas, and adventure zones all over the world. Not every area has an egg hidden in it. There are 90 eggs hidden throughout the world in total, but you'll need to be done most of the content in the game to find them all.

During Feast of the Moon, residents of the Sword Coast pay homage to the deeds of legendary heroes by visiting their crypts and graves.

When the Champions arrive at The Crypt of Legends, they find hordes of undead crawling up from the depths. Something is making the dead heroes rise, and the answer will require a descent into the depths to discover the cause...

Feast of the Moon 7 introduces Jang Sao, the Satyr Druid/Wizard from Idle Champions Presents: Fatebreaker! This event also brings back Virgil, the aasimar storm sorcerer and member of the Rivals of Waterdeep as well as Penelope "Half-Pint", the Circle of the Moon Druid/Warlock from Heroes of the Planes! Players have until Monday, November 20th at 12PM Pacific to complete your Feast of the Moon 7 unlocks and objectives.

New Champion: Jang Sao

This celestial voyager traveled the Astral Planes for centuries collecting stars and painting galaxies with her cherished companion, Kwin. When Kwin departed, Jang Sao carried on her wishes of painting the cosmos. Now a wonderful artist, she immortalizes the heavens, reality, and most important of all, her friend.

Jang Sao is a Support and Healing Champion who collects stars and moons and stores them in her star map lantern. Her support abilities focus on isolated formation slots and she uses her druidic healing powers to protect her allies. Once unlocked, you can find this Satyr Druid/Wizard in Seat 8 opposite Delina. Year Seven Variants

The Circle of Stars - Pay respects to the heroes of olde during the Feast of the Moon with Jang Sao!

• Jang Sao joins the formation. (slot 4) She can't be moved or removed.
• Only Champions in formation slots with 2 or fewer adjacent slots can deal damage.
• Getting to know Jang Sao: Jang Sao increases the damage of Champions in formation slots with 2 or fewer neighboring slots. Place your Champions to take advantage of this!
• Reach Area 75.

Wise and Otherwise - Pay respects to the heroes of olde during the Feast of the Moon with Jang Sao's preferred Champions.

• Jang Sao joins the formation. (slot 5) She can be moved, but not removed.
• You may only use Champions with a DEX of 15+ or a WIS of 13+.
• Getting to know Jang Sao: Jang Sao's specialization choice encourages you to build a formation with high DEX or high WIS. Build your best formation with these restrictions!
• Reach Area 125.

Stars and Moons - Pay respects to the heroes of olde during the Feast of the Moon with a stellar performance!

• Jang Sao joins the formation. (slot 5) She can be moved, but not removed.
• 2-3 Astral Elves spawn with each wave. They don't drop gold, nor do they count towards quest progress.
• A Star and Moon each fill a slot in the formation. (slots 2 & 6)
• Getting to know Jang Sao: Jang Sao travels the cosmos collecting stars. Her star collection persists between adventures, strengthening her powers the more she journeys!

He put his talents to work on the sea, traveling with crews who he hoped would ask nothing more than that he earn his keep by way of his magic. Eventually he grew tired of wandering and ended up in the quiet lakeside town of Caradoon, thinking he might put down roots. But that all changed when he met and fell for a kindred spirit in the form of a charming and witty Tiefling named Kent. After some over-enthusiastic handling of the local tavern's rat problem, they found themselves on the move again. Fortunately they met Selise Astorio of the Rivals of Waterdeep, and while quickly becoming entangled in the group's adventures they discovered a new family and a new home.

An Inseparable Bond - Virgil begins in the formation and can't be removed, but can be moved. You may only use Champions with a Wisdom of 12 or higher.
Reach Area 125

Freak Weather Conditions - Virgil begins in the formation and can't be removed, but can be moved. Every 5 areas the weather drastically changes. While snowing, all Champions' normal attack cooldown speeds are increased by 5 seconds. While thundering, a bolt of lightning strikes a random Champion every 5 seconds dealing damage equal to 50% of their max health and stunning them for 5 seconds. While foggy, Champions deal no damage with ranged attacks.

Storms can be beautiful displays of raw energy, or dangerous heralds of destruction. It takes someone calm, cool, and collected to harness and wield that power.

III. Virgil's Design

For anyone interested in learning about Brian Gray, their website includes years of wonderful content as a writer and streamer with blogs, reviews, recipes, and more. In the TTRPG community they are well known for their performances on many streams, including as a voice over artist for Into The Mother Lands, and our own Charity One Shot celebrating the release of Disco the Baby Moonstone Dragon familiar! We're extremely excited to bring their Rivals of Waterdeep character to Idle Champions just as their 14th season has begun, and as a bonus can enjoy Virgil striving to save the multiverse in Idle Champions Presents Hunger of the Far Realm!

As a Storm Sorcerer, Virgil is all about offering lightning quick buffs, causing adjacent Champions to do more damage as well as attack faster. If enemies are being defeated quickly, he'll be impressed by the Rapid Fire and increase the chance that those creatures drop double quest items or count for double quest progress. Virgil also harnesses the energy to Weather Control, increasing Champion damage every time the weather changes. All of these buffs are intended to help keep the formation alive, but if a Champion is knocked out, Virgil has a Surprise Mood: Angry! That anger bleeds into his attacks, making his normal Magic Missiles turn red, and causing any enemy he hits to take a lot more damage! He's especially protective of his partner Kent, and since the two of them are Inseparable, where one goes the other can follow.

Virgil's mood can be seen in the color of his attacks, and changing his Specialization also changes the power he is focusing on. If his mood is Relaxed, his Magic Missile and Chain Lightning attacks turn green as he increases Storm Sorcerer's damage bonus, as well as helping Champions attack even faster. Amber colored attacks means he's Anxious, increasing the number of Magic Missiles he fires and adding a chance to stun an enemy he hits. If there are plenty of other Rivals of Waterdeep Champions in the formation he will feel Determined, and his violet attacks indicate that his Weather Control damage boost is greatly increased.

If Virgil has had enough of being attacked, the weather will change to thunder as he summons a fearsome bolt of Chain Lightning! This powerful electric discharge forks as it strikes multiple enemies, laying waste to anyone attacking the formation.

IV. Virgil's Abilities

Basic Attack

• Magic Missile - Virgil summons 3 magic missiles and fires them at random targets.

Formation Abilities

• Storm Sorcerer - Virgil increases the damage of all adjacent Champions by +100%, and decreases their normal attack speed cooldown by 1 second.

• Weather Control - Virgil gains a Weather stack each time the weather changes when advancing to a new area or when it's changed by an ultimate attack or other ability. Virgil tracks each type of weather in a separate stack. Each stack is multiplied by 10% and then all stacks are multiplied together to get a total value which increases the damage of all Champions. Each stack caps at 500.

• Rapid Fire - Enemies that are defeated within 2 seconds of being on screen have a 5% chance to drop double quest items or count for double quest progress for each Rivals of Waterdeep Champion in the formation, stacking additively.

• Surprise Mood: Angry - While a Champion in the formation is knocked out, Virgil's magic missile and chain lightning attacks turn red and any enemy he hits with his base attack takes an additional 1000% damage for the next 5 seconds. If an enemy is hit again, the timer is reset but doesn't otherwise stack.

• Inseparable - If Kent qualifies for an adventure restriction based on his tags, age, ability scores, etc., Virgil may be used as well.

Specializations

• Mood: Relaxed - Virgil's Magic Missile and Chain Lightning attacks turn green, and he further increases Storm Sorcerer's damage boost by 100% and increases the attack cooldown reduction by a further 1 second.

• Mood: Determined - Virgil's Magic Missile and Chain Lightning attacks turn violet, and Virgil increases Weather Control's damage boost by 33% for each Rivals of Waterdeep Champion in the formation, stacking multiplicatively.

Ultimate Ability

• Chain Lightning - Virgil attacks a random enemy with a bolt of lightning dealing ultimate damage. Every 0.10 seconds, the lightning bolt attacks another random enemy until 20 enemies are struck or no enemies remain. In addition, the area's weather changes to thunder.

With the 10th anniversary event on the way, we've shrunk down the Easter event into a bite-sized version!

Find Mini Eggs in the bushes and turn them in at the event area for progress and tokens to spend on some simple items at the mini event store. With enough progress, you'll earn the Mini Easter Ribbon, which permanently increases your maximum energy by 10! There are also 3 achievements to claim!

And keep your eyes peeled for eggs riddled about Bushwhackia in this year's World Wide Egg Hunt! Most eggs have been shuffled around, so work together to find them all!

And while you're at it, help out a Carrot-topped fellow in the event area with a Deviled Egg problem. After you complete his quest, you'll be able to purchase one of 4 Evil Eggs from the event store!

New Mounts!

Who are the best hoppers of all? The jury is still out, but Frogs are certainly a contender! Hop through Bushwhackia on an all new Dark Frog mount! There are three vibrant colours to choose from. Check them out in the event area!

Thank you for joining us for Idle Champions Presents: The Trials of Mount Tiamat. Dungeon Master B Dave Walters (Black Dice Society, A Darkened Wish, Into the Mother Lands) took our three brave parties of Champions through a harrowing campaign across seven episodes, leading them into a direct confrontation against Tiamat with the fate of the Forgotten Realms hanging in the balance.

We had an exciting seven weeks filled with voting and rewards! As a reminder, all in-game rewards must be claimed before the start of our Year's End Festival, so claim your voting rewards before 12 PM Pacific on Wednesday, December 1st!

As part of voting and with a little Champion rebalancing we had four new feats for our Champions become available - the winners of the votes were unlocked in-game with the conclusion of their votes, but all four will be available for 12,500 gems as of 12 PM Pacific on Wednesday, December 1st.

Party One featured Erin M Evans (Brimstone Angels, Dungeon Scrawlers), Mark Meer (Mass Effect, Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition) , Tanya DePass (Rivals of Waterdeep, Into the Mother Lands), and Todd Kenreck (Heroes of the Planes, Beyond Heroes), and Jason Charles Miller (The Gaxx Pack, Sirens of the Realms, Bardic Inspiration).

Party Two featured Hope LaVelle (Heroes of the Planes, Beyond Heroes), Shareef Jackson (Rivals of Waterdeep) , LaTia Jacquise (Rivals of Waterdeep, Into the Mother Lands), and Meagan Kenreck (Heroes of the Planes, Beyond Heroes), and Jim Zub (Heroes of Baldur’s Gate).

Party Three featured Anna Prosser (Acq Inc), Holly Conrad (Acq Inc) , Luke Gygax (GaryCon), and Tystan Falcone (Acq Inc, CTeam), and Saitne Phoenix (Sirens of the Realms).

November 30th Update: Party 3 Champion Rebalance

These changes will be live in-game as of 12 PM Pacific, on Tuesday, November 30th.

Strix will receive the following changes:

• Additional self DPS buffs at level 160 and 1090
• Reduction in attack cooldown from 6.5s to 5s

Evelyn Marthain will receive the following changes:

• Increase base health and health upgrades by 20%
Increase Steadfast Might base buff to 100% per enemy (from 25% per enemy)
• Increase Divine Prayer base effect by 100% (to 200%)

Vlahnya Um'vairar will receive the following changes:

• Breaking Out Solo - if Vlahnya is in a column by herself or with only one other Champion, her Enthralling Performance effect is increased by 200%.
• Enthralling Performance stacks now reduce by 10% every 7.5 seconds (down from 20% every 10 seconds)
• When Vlahnya uses her ultimate, Plane Shift her Enthralling Performance stacks are set to max.

Walnut Dankgrass will receive the following changes:

• Increase Documancer base effect by 100% (10% instead of 5%)
• Increase Pen-Paws base effect by 100% (200% instead of 100%)
• Increase her overwhelm point by 5

Melf will receive the following changes:

• Increase Melf's Adaptive Support Spell per race effect to 25% per race (up from 10%)
• Increase Melf's Augmented Support Spell bonuses to 100% each (up from 50%)
• Triple ultimate damage multiplier

Idle Champions Presents will return next year with Idle Champions Presents: Court of the Raven Queen.

During Feast of the Moon, residents of the Sword Coast pay homage to the deeds of legendary heroes by visiting their crypts and graves.

When the Champions arrive at The Crypt of Legends, they find hordes of undead crawling up from the depths. Something is making the dead heroes rise, and the answer will require a descent into the depths to discover the cause...

Feast of the Moon 5 introduces Widdle, the Dhampir Gnome Wizard, played by Meagan Kenreck who you can see as Widdle on Idle Champions Presents the Trials of Mount Tiamat, airing Mondays at 4PM Pacific on the CNEGames Twitch. You can also catch her as Widdle on Heroes of the Planes Tuesdays at 6PM Pacific on the Demiplane Twitch.

This event also brings back Penelope "Half-Pint", Circle of the Moon Druid and Warlock from Heroes of the Planes, and brings back Sentry, the Warforged Paladin (Oath of the Ancients) from High Rollers: Aerois. Players have until Monday, November 22nd at 12PM Pacific to complete your Feast of the Moon 5 unlocks and objectives.

New Champion: Widdle

Widdle's life goal is the destruction of Strahd, but with 423 years of gnomish wisdom, she realized she still needed more time. Becoming a dhampir seemed like the best option, and now she uses her enhanced speed and fearsome fangs to help her friends and show that being a dhampir does not make you a monster. With a big personality and an even bigger blunderbuss, she's ready to deal with any challenge!

Widdle is a Support, Healing and Speed Champion who's vampiric charms can buff the damage of her allies while encouraging them to attack faster. But all this battle can make a dhampir hungry, and those she buffs look extra tasty to oncoming enemies, making them spawn faster. When you want to add Widdle to your formation you can swap her with Celeste (Slot 2).

III. Widdle's Design

We've been adding the Heroes of the Planes to our Champion roster for quite a while, and it's a wonderful joy to have Meagan Kenreck honor us by bringing the final member to the party! Meagan is a Twitch streamer, graphic designer, photoshop enthusiast, and advocate for inclusivity. She's also known as Sofieus on Silver and Steel, the co-host of "Todd and Meagan talk D&D", and also plays as Widdle in "The Adventures of Widdle and Rend", a D&D one on one show with her Husband, Todd, who plays as Rend.

Widdle always seems to be grinning as she leads the charge into adventure or battle. She focuses on increasing the damage and speed of her friends, boosting adjacent Champion damage with Vampiric Gaze while reducing their base attack cooldowns by encouraging them to Hurry Up Now. Her Specializations boost her damage buff based on specific ability scores, and her Vampiric Bite Ultimate attack not only does enormous damage to a random enemy, but heals herself and her friends.

Year Five Variants

• Variant 1: Dhampiric Nature — Widdle begins in the formation. She can't be moved or removed. Undead Enemies deal 200% additional damage and move 200% faster. Gold Find is reduced by 99%.
  Getting to know Widdle: Widdle charms her adjacent allies with her Vampiric Gaze, increasing their damage. However, as a Speed Champion, she also increases enemy spawn speed with each adjacent ally! Fill in your formation quickly, Widdle's at the wheel!
  Complete Area 75.


• Variant 2: Strahd's Test — Widdle may have a vendetta against Strahd, but she's also eligible for his Patron variants. As such, the dark lord has set up a test for our latest Champion. At each boss level, an additional undead boss appears:

  • Area 10: Zombie Adventurer
  • Area 15: Powerful Will-o' Wisp
  • Area 20: Zombie Kobold King
  • Area 25: Armored Ranged Skeleton
  • Area 30: Weakened Vampire

  • Area 50: Strahd on Horseback

• Variant 3: A Widdle of This, A Widdle of That — Widdle begins in the formation. She can't be moved or removed. The Base attack cooldown of all Champions is increased by 5 seconds. This increase does not affect Heroes of the Planes Champions. A Giant Rat accompanies the formation, intent on becoming friends with Widdle's pet rat Gerard. Widdle said not to hurt it.
  Getting to know Widdle: Widdle's Hurry Up Now ability grants a chance for adjacent allies to have their base attack cooldown reset after attacking. Level her up quickly to gain access to this necessary skill for this variant.
  Complete Area 175.

IV. New DLC

Also launching with Widdle is the Ascendant Widdle Theme Pack! This pack includes an unlock for Widdle, the new Ascendant Widdle Skin, the Rat #59 AKA Gerard familiar, Widdle's Epic First into the Fray Feat, which increases Tasty Friends by 80%, 1 Epic Potion of the Gold Hunter, and 16 Gold Widdle Chests with 2 Guaranteed Shiny Equipment Cards.



Also launching with Feast of the Moon 5 is the Ascendant Penelope Skin & Feat Pack! This pack includes an unlock for Penelope, the new Ascendant Penelope Skin, Penelope's Epic Friendly Tales Feat, which increases Have You Met My Friends by 80%, and 7 Gold Penelope Chests with 1 Guaranteed Shiny Equipment Card.
