While digging an unusually deep fire pit for her campsite in the commons event area, camper Betty found a portal to the Puzzling Woods! Help Betty find some souvenirs to take home from her trip.

Beyond the portal lies the Puzzling Woods! Here, as you might guess, are puzzles to be solved! Three fields are spread around this strange area, each with a jigsaw puzzle to solve.

The first puzzle is available right away, with another puzzle unlocking 24 hours after the last. Talk to Betty to start quests to solve each puzzle.

Puzzle Monsters are strange creatures lurking within the puzzles of the old lands! Which three will emerge this time?

These silhouettes are not accurate. Don't bother trying to guess what they are!
We don't know what they look like, but rumor has it they are called: Burlington, Derek, and Devin

- Work together to send them all!
- Unlock store items based on your community progress!
- Earn tokens based on your personal contributions!
- Build up a comfy cat enclosure in the Commons event area!

- Fixed a typo in Samsuthir's fledgling serpent quest text (thanks, icebergAK!)

- Fixed broken reward text in slot machine dialogs

- Fixed missing exclamation icon on Dog Days fishing quest npc

- Added Mount Bucks to "Currencies" inventory category

- Added sound hint sign to Simon Says puzzle in the Forsaken Pocosin

- Fixed the lobby field not showing if you leave and return in Kaine's mystery on Mount Olympus in Cloudland

Feline Frenzy!

Old Marta's visiting the Commons event area with her enormous clowder of cats. The problem is, these cats have a tendency to get lost!

A Cat-astrophic Escape

No clowder of cats is more numerous than Old Marta's, which numbers in the tens of thousands!

The cats have a tendency to wander off, but you can help find lost cats wandering fields all over Bushwhackia and give them a firm budge back to Old Marta's cat corral in the Common's event area.

After every batch of cats you send back via her A Cat-astrophic Escape quest, check back every 8 hours to find another batch of cats.

Every cat you send back increases your individual progress for this mini-event, but also counts towards the collective goal for the community!

Ye Catnip Emporium

The more cats returned, the livelier her little kitty corner becomes, and the more she has to offer in thanks.

After finding some cats, talk to Old Marta and she'll count the cats you've sent back and reward you with Catnip to trade in her Ye Catnip Emporium store!

Not every special item is unlocked from the get-go, though. To unlock them, the community has to reach the goal of the corresponding day of her stay.

You have until Tuesday August 25th to make your contributions AND claim your rewards for this limited-time community quest!

Dog Days of Summer Event (August 7th, 2026)

Quality of Life Update (August 4th, 2026)

- Added fix if you're stuck on the Seeking the Showdown quest in the Halflight Haven quest hub but the entrance to the Specular Corridor is closed. Enter Halflight Haven and it should open again.

- Fixed broken quest state in Nurturing Native Nature where you could interact with plants before getting seeds from NPC

- Updated fishing NPC in Commons with new Wetlands fishing items

- Fixed issue where players could get to Wetlands SBA 1 without completing required quest

- Fixed issue where mud boots wouldn't work until reloading an area

- Fixed some dialog typos in Wetlands

- Fixed issue where players could get stuck when interacting with Swamp Deity Altars

That’s right - each time the shop refreshes, you can use your five free rerolls (plus up to ten Platinum rerolls) to chase down the perfect pick from our Wild Offer pool!

The in-game FAQ will be updated on August 6th to reflect this system change. Now let's get into the Augments we've lined up for Ahghairon's Day!

Ahghairon's Day 8 Event Augments

• Augment 1: Epic Platinum Chests (New Augment)
  Description: Opening Champion-specific Platinum Chests for any of the Ahghairon's Day event Champions will upgrade all the cards inside them to Epic rarity!

• Augment 2: Empowered Rewards (Returning Augment)
  Description: Tier 2 and higher event variants award Corrupted Gems in addition to their normal rewards.

• Augment 3: Golden Weekly Offers (Returning Augment)
  Description: One of your weekly offers will be Golden during this event. Golden offers provide an additional 10% discount! The Golden tag persists when an offer is rerolled.

• Augment 4: Boon Enhancements (Returning Augment)
  Description: An additional boon buff at each level increases global damage based on the number of Champions in the formation that are from smaller species, stacking additively.
The small species are: Dwarves, Fairies, Gnomes, Goblins, Halflings, Kobolds, and Plasmoids

Note: Similar to our rollout in July the spotlight blogs for the two Featured Champions will also be spread out, with Baldric's tomorrow, August 1st, and Lazaapz's releasing next Friday, August 8th.
