There are many ways to get support while playing Egg Breaker Adventures!
The easiest way is by asking for help in the chat beside the game. Other players are always willing to help, and you may make a new friend! You may also run into a developer or community moderator. Please be aware of the Chat Guidelines before engaging in chat.
If nobody in chat can help you, then you may wish to post your question on the Official Forums
. Fellow players, developers and community managers are waiting eagerly to help you with your issue.
Finally, if all else fails, you can open a support ticket in-game. The way to open a support ticket varies from platform to platform, but in general you'll want to find your way to the 'Help' or 'Help Me' page, then click on the 'Open New Ticket' button in the red support section in the top-right corner of that page. Please be aware that it may take up to 2 business days to get back to you, and we do not actively provide support on weekends or holidays.
