Have you dreamed of having another piece of property to decorate? Well now you can make it a reality!

You and all your fellow players can now work together to help Celine submit a rezoning application for the lake islands, enabling you each to buy your own private island!

Once the rezoning is complete, if you are at least level 250, have fully upgraded your house, and have built all the buildings in the Commons, including the fourth floor of the skyscraper, you can purchase the Lake Island property, which you can expand and decorate like your ranch! You can even build a Cottage on it!

After you've bought your own Lake Island, Jim will help you build a boat to get there! Note that this boat will appear in the water near the upper right corner of your ranch. You'll have to make sure there aren't any items on your ranch blocking your view of it!

Three days after you've bought your island and have a boat to get there, Jim will offer to help you build a Cottage on the island. You must be level 290 to build the Lake Island Cottage.

Rezoning the lake islands is a cooperative quest, so everyone's contributions will count towards getting it done. Talk with Celine in the Town Hall to get started.

To contribute, you can complete the following quests:
- Special Document Paper (20 hour cooldown)
- Scrounging More Paper (Cannot accept during Special Document Paper quest. No cooldown)

Complete these quests until you reach your platform's goal!

Introducing Natalie Dragon!
The last of the real estate in the Commons is finally being developed - and it's been leased to none other than the famous Nat Dragon! You know, the older sister of our favourite, loved (to hate) oaf. Check all the details below and start helping her find her forever home!

Quest Requirements:
You must have completed all previous buildings in the Commons, up to and including the outdoor theatre. If you completed the theatre, Natalie will be standing close to it, and you can begin helping her. Have fun with her!

Mini Golf Vendor

For those who have been waiting, we have a new Amicus Island Vendor! For anyone who missed grabbing the Mini Golf pieces during the Summer Sports Event this year, we have a new Vendor who is permanently installed on the left side of the open air market place.

If you missed the six basic pieces released with the Sports event in May/June, you can find them there, as well as the Patriot firework piece, and the Carnival Whack-A-Gopher piece. She also has a new piece, as specially requested by players - a "T" shot!

Baron Von Casino and his daughter, Baroness Gambly have decided to sponsor a building project on Amicus Island - with your help of course. But there is so much wood needed, it's going to take a Community of Dedicated Players to build this thing!

Working together with your fellow players to collect scrap lumber and turn it in daily, and contribute to the total amount needed to turn Baron Von Casino's vision into reality.
Each platform will work independently to collect and turn in the needed amount of scrap lumber. Once a community has gathered the necessary lumber, the Casino will open for all players on that platform!
