- Added the Lake Island Rezoning Application community quest, which allows plays to buy and expand a new ranch area once completed.

- Your pet is now hidden when you enter build mode

- Gold amounts on ranch expansion dialog are now comma separated

- Added missing tooltips to Quality and Fullscreen options buttons
