• The Princess - Ignite, Char, Conflagrate, and Incinerate abilities +200%
• Paul the Pilgrim - Imported Riches ability +200%
• The Goldhound - Tail Wag ability +200%
• King Reginald IV - Royal Grail ability +200%
• Milgrid the Mining Mage - All DPS +200%

We didn't see it coming. The reduction in budgets for NASA and space exploration meant that we took our eyes off the cosmos. The result was the aliens were able to sneak into orbit and launch a stealth attack on Earth!

"We will not vanish without a fight! We're going to live on! We're going to survive! Today we celebrate our Alien Invasion Day!"

New Crusader! Billy Smithsonian



Your first objective for the brand new Alien Invasion Day event is safely escorting Billy Smithsonian, the leader of the free world to safety. At area 100 a secure bunker awaits the president and his aides.

One plucky, smart-talking Navy pilot has managed to outmanoeuvre the extraterrestrial invaders. His wise-cracking aerial acrobatics enabled him to take down and capture an alien called Kizlyblyp (humans are unable to pronounce his real name without spontaneously haemorrhaging their brain. It's a thing.)

New Crusader! Kizlyblyp



The Crusaders must deliver her to the lab for a plethora of invasive probes as revenge for all the mutilated cows in the American Midwest. Unfortunately, on their way to Area 100, she'll debuff all the Crusaders' DPS by 50%. Once fully probed, Kizlyblyp will be brainwashed and join the Crusaders' fight back.

"It's the White House, for crying out loud. You can't just go up and ring the doorbell."

The remaining three objectives include Protect the Monuments where the Statue of Liberty, CN Tower and Eiffel Tower all take up slots in your formation. Your job is to stop the senseless destruction of these poor defenceless structures in every SciFi movie ever.

New Objective! Save the Monuments



Superior alien technology makes the Crusaders' mission that much harder in the Shields Up objective. An alien tank will randomly appear using its alien shield to protect the other monsters from attack by absorbing all DPS for a short period.

Finally, the Banelings objective sees the invading aliens resort to despicable tactics. Now special banelings will rush your Crusaders and explode on making contact, wiping an entire column. You'll have to keep them at bay to reach area 250.

The Alien Invasion Day event will run until July 12th at Noon PDT.

It's Father's Day weekend and we're celebrating by buffing all the Dad Crusaders from today until Monday, June 20th at Noon PDT.

For the duration of the weekend, five Crusaders will be receiving massive buffs to their abilities. It's going to be a weekend of crushing monsters, earning gold and unending Dad jokes.

Hermit, Khouri, Thalia, Nate, and Groklok all get a limited time buff applied automatically this weekend. Plus, there's a unique chest featuring gear just for those five Crusaders! See all the details below.

Hermit is way too excited for St. Patrick's Day. In his permanently inebriated state he has organized a 'knees-up' for himself and the fellow Crusaders in advance of the actual celebration of everything from the Emerald Isle.

Starting today and continuing until March 14, Hermit's premature party is a rolling booze-up of epic proportions taking place in a party house, street parade, obligatory Irish pub, and ending in Blurry Drunk Land. It's a real place; we've been there. Plus it's all happening just in time to recover before the real St. Patrick's Day a few days later.

Larry the Leprechaun



Parties are about meeting new people, and Hermit's shindig is no exception. Two new Crusaders are coming along for the ride and successfully completing their objectives will recruit them to your ranks.

Larry the Leprechaun loves gold. He has a big pot of it stashed somewhere, after all. His abilities include various ways to increase your gold generation. When he reaches Level 100, for instance, he'll increase all the gold found by a hearty 25%!

Kyle the Party Bro



The other newcomer is Kyle the Party-Bro. He's the kind of wingman you need at your side at any party. He combines his tremendous ability to consume alcohol with still being able to get his friends into a taxi and safely home at the end of the night. His technique of clearing the way of party-pooping monsters reaches it's peak at level 150 when he increases the DPS of all his fellow Crusaders by 20%.

New Objective Parade Route



Once you've recruited the two new Crusaders there are three additional objectives to play. Parade Route requires 500 idols and two floats take up four of your formation slots. Beer Before Liquor requires 1,000 idols and involves deadly pink elephants out to crush you in your stupor. The final new objective Four Leaf Clover restricts you to only four Crusaders (can you see what we did there?) at any one time and requires 1,500 idols to start.

It's Valentines Day for Merci, but being a Mad Wizard can be a lonely life. Merci's decided to mend his loneliness in the only way he knows how: by mixing up a fix-all love potion! Unfortunately, while preparing his concoction he swiped left instead of right. The resulting concatenation of amorous ardour and wayward magic opened a portal to Super Love Land and beyond.

Just like your real life preparation for Valentine's Day, your mission is to complete five new objectives by using the new Heart formation and slaying legions of monsters. We're pretty sure that's how it works, right?

Rocky the Rockstar



Fittingly for the ultimate celebration of romance, we have two new Crusaders for you to entice and add to your roster. Rocky, the Rockstar, is a swirling ball of testosterone, whose raw sexual power is tempered only by his genuine charm. The Juliet to this Romeo is the second new Crusader, Sally the Succubus, the winsome demon who leaves an army of admirers in her wake.

Rocky's talents include boosting his DPS by having female Crusaders around him, starting at 25% and increasing up to a deafening 250% per lady with his normal Epic equipment, and even further to 350% with his Golden Epic.

Sally includes the ability increase her own DPS up to a maximum of +300%. However, beware of putting female Crusaders next to her as it'll reduce her DPS by 25% per fellow lady. However, her other skill boosts all female Crusaders' DPS by 20%. Can you find the perfect spot for her in your formation?

Sally, the Succubus



We also have three additional objectives. Broken Hearted requires 500 idols to play and sees the love-lorn Crusaders heart formation split in two with the three middle slots taken up by a crack.

Backstage Pass requires 1,000 idols and only allows you to choose Rocky and female Crusaders. Furthermore, two slots are taken up with Rocky's band equipment.

The final event objective, Dangerous Allure only allows your to choose Sally the Succubus and male Crusaders and requires 1,500 idols to play. In a unique twist, the slots in the formation will steadily be taken over by zombies the further you progress!

New Objective: Backstage Pass



Continuing our tradition of recognizing some of our more famous fans, this event we're honoring regular streamer, Tedessence. Ted has been with us almost since launch and has been producing a constant stream of Let's Play videos on Twitch which you can check out here.

You'll be able to find his avatar as a boss monster in the Valentine's Day event. Pass on our love for him by smiting him down in Crusaders' fashion.

Merci's Mix-Up event will run until February 23rd to give you plenty of time to woo those objectives into submission.
