It's Vacation time! 12 of the Egg Breaker Monkeys are packing their bags, and getting ready to set off on their annual summer vacations - there's just one catch; None of them can actually afford their airfare! >.<;;

You'll need to help these poor, unfortunate monkeys raise the funds to achieve the vacations of their dreams! You're going to have to work hard and use those multipliers to earn enough gold to get the monkeys where they want to go! Thankfully, you have the Vacation Blitz Buff in the Vacation Monkey's stages to help you increases your chances to find multipliers and gold.

General Event Details:
- During the Vacation Event, Summer Tokens can be earned in any and all Monkeys. (Consider wearing any and all Event Token hats to increase your Summer Token drops!)
- There are 12 prizes to be won, through normal play (No Buy-only prizes in this event!)
- 12 Vacations to send the Egg Breaker Monkeys on. Each Monkey needs you to raise the gold to pay for their vacation (awe, you're so nice!), As each Monkey is set off on vacation, the next goal will become available automatically and you will start earning towards it.

Let's break down the Vacation Monkey's special event stage:

From the Travel Monkey's Special Event Screen, you can:

• Track how much time is left until the event ends,
• See how much progress you have made toward the current vacation goal,
• See the full Trip Cost currently,
• See the Monkey eagerly waiting for his trip, with his/her dream destination,
• Track the Monkey destinations across the world as you help them reach their goals!
• Visually track your progress towards Vacations earned, Prizes collected (Click the Prize button to see which ones you've earned/are missing), Progression Ribbons and the Vacation Trophy!

Rewards and Extras!:

Ribbons:
3 successive ribbons for progression, which permanently add additional +5, +10 or +15 hammers respectively.

Summer Trophy:
Can be displayed in the trophy room.

Ribbon and Trophy (if earned) are awarded after the event finishes on August 12. The highest ribbon earned will be awarded.

The Carnival has returned to town! Get ready to play some games, help some Bushwhackian residents and win carnival tokens which you can exchange for cool prizes at the Carnival Event Vendor!

There are 4 carnival games which will unlock over the next few days, and quests which unlock on a daily basis. As this is the Carnival's third year, we've made a few changes for returning players and for all players, we have a fun surprise which will unlock in the second half of the event! Keep your eye on the Bush Whacker Facebook Page and the Codename Entertainment Twitter for updates as quests and activities unlock!

So let's break this event down:

The Carnival Games:
A staple of any summer carnival or fair, are those devilish carnival games. There are four different games which will unlock over the course of the event and they include "Balloon Pop," "Whack-A-Mole," "Baseball Throw," and "Duck Shoot." Don't worry, there's no skill involved with these games, you play them automatically when you interact with them.

- It costs 4 carnival tickets to play each game, and you can whack those tickets out of the bushes, or purchase them from Timmy in the Event area for Bush Bucks (30 Salvaged Tickets for 30 Bush Bucks)

- You receive Carnival Tokens based on how well you do. Now, we're not saying they're rigged in the Carnival's favour or anything, but you'll definitely want to ask your friends to help you rig these games in your favour! (Platforms without Friend functionality are balanced accordingly.)

POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT!!! - Achievements
There are up to ELEVEN possible achievements that can be picked up during this event, dependant on your game history. Some achievements stack in the Event display, and earnable achievements from previous Carnivals that are year specific will not be listed at all. To help players avoid confusion, we've detailed all the achievements below. If you do not want to have certain quests potentially spoiled, we encourage you to SKIP THIS SECTION!

The much anticipated Generation 3 pets have arrived!

Misty has finally gotten a new batch of pets for you to hatch when you accept a "Find an Egg" quest. She will also have all the Generation 3 eggs available to purchase for Bush Bucks during the "Find an Egg" quest.


Other changes to Misty and Hank for Generation 3:

• Misty will no longer let players abandon Gen 2 pet eggs that they are hatching (they're now too rare). Only current gen pet eggs can be abandoned during hatching. Please note that if you're in the middle of hatching a pet, then that egg will still hatch into whatever pet it would have been before.


• Generation 2 pet eggs can now be found in Quester's Satchels (with the same limitations as the Generation 1 eggs, which will still be available in satchels as well). Generation 2 pet eggs are now more expensive to buy with DNA in the PAGAS store.


• Hank now sells a random assortment of Generation 3 pets (instead of Generation 2) for Bush Bucks.

PAGAS changes for Generation 3:

• Generation 3 pet eggs are now available to buy with DNA in the PAGAS store, however you cannot buy any of them until you have at least five (5) Generation 3 pets.


• The Pet Progress dialog now includes Generation 3 pets. 10 new pets (and potentially a new pet progress reward) that all players can unlock!

2014 Summer Pet Sale!
For those players who were not with us in December, here's how the sale works:

• Over the next seven days we will rotate through 20 pets from a variety of sources, including Gen 1 & 2, Various Holidays, PAGAS, Hank and the AI vendor,
• Each pet will be available for a limited time and will only appear once in the sale (so if you see a pet you want, make sure you grab it!),
• As each pet is made available, we'll post a reminder on Facebook, Twitter and in Chat (during normal business hours), so you'll know when the pets will swap in/out,
• All pets are available for Bush Bucks.
