As longtime players of Bush Whacker know, we like to give back whenever we can! So for the next two days we'll be raising money for a cause that is very near and dear to our hearts. The Alzheimer Society of Canada provides aid to people and families suffering from this horrific disease, and so you can buy Charity Coffee energy drinks, of which 100% of our proceeds will be donated directly to Alzheimer care and support. Fall has arrived in the Northern Hemisphere! The air is crisp, leaves are changing colours and the Challenge Fairy Monkey wants to celebrate the beginning of the harvest season with a celebration of an updated Autumn themed Mini Event!

For the duration of the event, special challenge eggs will temporarily replace all normal challenge eggs, and the eggs will appear at a higher than usual rate. Players can earn 12 event prizes of various Autumn themed items from cashing in Event Tokens with the Challenge Fairy Monkey.

Teach Me How to Whack!

It's time to put your knowledge of whacking bushes to good use as you help educate the next generation! Take a trip to the Event Area of the Commons and get helping!

Help three aspiring young gals and guys learn how to whack bushes, mana whack, and power whack! Bring the Jr. Whackers cardboard swords found in bushes throughout the world, and they'll share the spoils of their training with you. As you help them, they gain experience, "levelling up" and will award more items with each turn-in. Each of the determined young padawans will have a daily quest to power up the spoils from their next turn-in.

New for 2015
One Jr. Whacker appears to have suffered a head injury, since they are idolizing Nate. Talk to them and see what's going on.

What's a funner thing to earn than your Baking badge? Nothing of course! Help one Jr. Whacker get theirs later on in the event.

This week we have three new objectives for you for the World's Wake and Ghostbeard's Greed campaigns.

Inflation



In the new objective Inflation, the Crusaders have fallen on hard times. Money is tight and finding good Crusaders these days is even harder. All costs for Crusaders to level up has been massively increased. Plus the monsters are feeling the pinch and are dropping far less gold that usual. Can you beat the economic downturn?

Ms. Fizzle's Field Trip



They say "never work with children or animals". Both have a tendency to make things difficult and unpredictable. Unfortunately for you the resident teacher, Ms. Fizzle, has decided that now is a good time for the Crusaders to take her class on a field trip.

In Ms. Fizzle's Field Trip, the merry band of adventurers plough their way through monsters with five children taking up valuable slots in your formation. What's more, they will change position randomly every ten areas! Just promise to get the kids back to the parents in one piece.

2,000 Levels For All



The final new objective, 2,000 Levels for All, is a leveling game. You must get each of the 20 Crusaders to level 2,000 to earn those precious red rubies!

Ahoy Breakers!

The Challenge Fairy enjoys participating in Talk Like a Pirate day and so she's gathered an assortment of pirate prizes for you to help her unlock. Grab your hammers and prepare to scour the high seas in the Egg Break-ARRR burst event!

Hi Whackers!

There's a curious character and his companion in the Commons and they need your help. If you've reached the Commons, you can go whack in any field to find the items they require to continue on their adventures.

To go along with the quest, we're having a sale! For limited time you can get a unique Upside Down Garbage Can pet, who can convert up to 25% of your Nothings into Mana! The pack also includes some Bush Bucks, a pet treat, and some VIP Vouchers.

MosaiCon 2015 was Nanaimo, British Columbia's first gaming convention and the Codename team attended armed with PCs to demo Crusaders of the Lost Idols. Eric, Clive and Andrew managed the Codename booth and talked with fans about the game, as well as gaming and geek culture in general.

Cosplay Contest



Local enthusiasts arrived in force. The organizers had a jam-packed itinerary for the day at Vancouver Island University campus located just outside Nanaimo, BC. There was a cosplay contest that saw some awesome work by various attendees. Top prizes were two top-of-the-line PCs for the best cosplayers. There was also a League of Legends tournament where one lucky team walked away with $1,000.

Our Booth



It was an honour to meet everyone who came to see Crusaders. The response to the game after a demo and walkthrough by the team was very gratifying. We explained the game, showcased our unique formation feature and even hinted at upcoming announcements. The attendees were passionate about games whether familiar with idle games or not and by the time they left the booth we had a few new converts under our wings.

Nate has finally cleaned up after all those puppies and is ready to adventure again! Like always though, he needs your level head to help him through his sticky situation.

It seems that Nate has heard rumors that Zeus lives in Cloudland and he wants to explore his palace. If you've completed all of Nate's other ventures and reached the Stratus Incline in Cloudland, the Town Crier will have a quest for you. What could go wrong, visiting the grounds of a vengeful god? Certainly nothing dangerous.
